Hotel Policy

Welcome to St. Georges Height; our equestrian lodge hotel, where we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable and memorable stay. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed while you are with us, so we have established policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our guests, as well as our staff and the animals that live on our property.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Our check-in time is 1:00 pm, and our check-out time is 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, as it depends on our availability and the room’s status.

Payment Policy

We require a 50% minimum deposit equal to one night’s stay upon booking, and the remaining balance will be due upon check-in. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. If you are paying with a check, please make it out to the hotel’s name and ensure it is received at least 14 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival time. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival time, you will be charged for one night’s stay. If you fail to show up for your reservation and do not contact us to cancel, you will be charged for the entire reservation.

Pet Policy

We are an equestrian lodge hotel and understand the special bond between our guests and their pets. However, to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and animals on the property, we only allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before booking to discuss your pet’s stay and our pet policies.

Smoking Policy

Our property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If you smoke in your room, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. We ask that you respect our non-smoking policy and refrain from smoking on the property.

Noise Policy

We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and peaceful stay. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to ask guests who are creating excessive noise to leave the property without a refund.

Damages Policy

We understand that accidents happen, and sometimes things may get damaged during your stay. However, guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property, including but not limited to rooms, furnishings, and equipment. If any damage is discovered after you check-out, we will charge your credit card on file for the cost of the damages.

Equestrian Activities Policy

Our equestrian lodge hotel offers a range of equestrian activities, including horseback riding, horse care, and riding lessons. To ensure the safety of our guests and animals, we require guests to follow our equestrian activities policies.

All guests who participate in equestrian activities must sign a waiver of liability and wear appropriate riding attire. We recommend that guests wear long pants, boots with a heel, and a helmet.

All riders must follow our riding instructions, including the use of appropriate riding techniques and the control of their horse. If our staff believes that a guest’s riding skills are not sufficient for their chosen activity, we reserve the right to refuse service.

Guests must also follow our horse care policies, including the feeding and grooming of our animals. Our staff is always available to assist with any questions or concerns about horse care.
