  1. Can I bring my pet to the equestrian lodge hotel?

We understand the special bond between pets and their owners, but we only allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before booking to discuss your pet’s stay and our pet policies.

  1. Is smoking allowed on the property?

No, our property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If you smoke in your room, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

  1. Do you offer horseback riding lessons?

Yes, we offer a range of equestrian activities, including horseback riding, horse care, and riding lessons. All guests who participate in equestrian activities must sign a waiver of liability and wear appropriate riding attire.

  1. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival time. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival time, you will be charged for one night’s stay. If you fail to show up for your reservation and do not contact us to cancel, you will be charged for the entire reservation.

  1. What is your check-in and check-out time?

Our check-in time is 1:00 pm, and our check-out time is 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, as it depends on our availability and the room’s status.
